I call it a smart move, in the LT an equity stake in MPJ could be worth more than an one off payment or a % holding.

That way MPJ will be the " brain and operator ", ORO can sit back and relax. If successful they will benefit by an increasing MPJ sp, if unsuccessful, no money has been spent for nothing.

And ORO can concentrate on its other projects.

Of course, if MPJ could jump on the anns, ORO should have too.
