    I disagree.

    ORO-MPJ announced that deal in December, the market is fully aware it was happening. So completion no surprise and no negative impact on ORO.

    ORO is a junior, very hard to fund two major projects, so a smart move to JV projects out to secure funding while retaining an interest in the upside.

    Yesterdays announcement is positive for both MPJ and ORO.
