the real reason for a 'bull' to leave these pages is:
there is NOTHING MORE to use as an argument for property as an investment or for property boom !
...we all know that the whole ship is starting to sink and permabulls are abandoning ship (forum) !!!
(...this time there aint no 'ambitious technocrat' PM to overzelously create votes for himself...lot of good it did him anyway...)
...the legacy they leave behind is: property goes up 10 % yoy (every year) !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (for 900 years...since the records are kept in good old england)
