We need an agreed set of facts and make sure everything appropriate is included. The offer has to be made on concrete assets both tangible and intangible relevant to the company which are based on fact (objective evidence) .....not a share price (subjective evidence) which we know in general terms can be manipulated by an array of means eg shorters and is only someones opinion (talking about the stock market generally).
