I think we may need to ascertain the makeup of the shareholders register before the trading halt. Ascertain the no of shares still held by the debtholders on the register. It is my understanding that it may be substantially different to when the debt for equity swap occurred when they owned 70% of the issued capital. That will give us an idea of who they are representing in the majority sense. DYOR
