I was going to put in another complaint to ASIC about the missing reports. How would you phrase that complaint to best highlight the illegality of what they have done? I guess the question is, is it illegal to remove material from a website - some material which is not (or is it) part of ASX required information/announcement. So, if it is illegal (apart from being idiotic/naive/unethical etc) please suggest a phrasing that suits. Thanks.
