I have just had another read through of that interview, still no clue as to what the point of it was and i sincerely hope they did not pay for it, but a few things are very apparent.
1. Get a new marketing manager
2. DP, i like you as a person, but you are clearly not good on camera or in interviews.... nervous, not a confident speaker at all, huge giveaways in body language , weak language in general judging by this interview (although may just be how its been reiterated) i think a wise move would be to get someone else to do these for you.
Recognizing ones own weaknesses and figuring out how to address them is a crucial step in self development, this company is in dire need of some self reflection.
