From Mocha to Balhaf ... the brothers of Ben "Adio" and the search for international outlets for "the organization state"

    Thursday 15 October 2020 - Time: 15:46:59 (Al-Amana Net / Muhammad Al-Hanashi)

The scheme continues to control the ports for the Brotherhood in Yemen.

Public opinion heard the confession of the commander of the Brotherhood's military wing in Taiz, Abdo Farhan, known as (Salem) in the leaked video of his group's preparations to take control of the port of Mokha in the west, in order to obtain Turkish support, he said.

The group is heading towards the port of the coasts of Shabwa Governorate, in the east.

The Riyadh Agreement and the acquisition fever

The "group" becomes more and more tense in its discourse towards the coasts and ports as the implementation of the Riyadh agreement and the formation of a parity government approaches, which is the agreement that the group sought to thwart since it was signed in early November of last year.

An integrated political and media campaign and military movements in the past few days began to demand the control of "Balhaf", confirming that there are specific goals for the group to control the port away from the mask of patriotism that it wears.

    Thwart the coalition

The country falls under Chapter Seven, and the Arab coalition is exposed to an international war in which the Turkish-Qatari axis united with Iran to thwart the alliance and support extremist groups and deepen chaos and conflicts in Yemen.

The coalition is charged with protecting international ports and corridors, stopping arms smuggling, combating terrorism, and the war against Al Houthi.

The Brotherhood attacks this mission, and the group claims the right to speak on behalf of Yemen and the Yemenis, and depicts the role of the coalition in the same context described by Al-Houthi and his regional backers.

    Balhaf .. why now?

The Brotherhood's campaign around the port of Balhaf began following the intensification of the siege on the group and the escalation of its conflict with the Saudi side, which sponsors the Riyadh Agreement, and has referred the commander of its forces in Yemen during the past years for investigation, which are the years that enabled the Brotherhood to control and employ the war to establish its own army.

Due to its control over Shabwa governorate, it resorted to the port of Balhaf first because of its control over the governorate, and secondly due to its importance and strategic location.

    Field moves

After military movements and the creation of security points belonging to the Brotherhood’s Special Forces near the Al-Alam camp and the port of Balhaf, and the continuous mobilization towards the coalition camp and the arrest of elite soldiers, a media campaign and political movements began.

Southern politician Ali Al-Aslami says that what is happening in Shabwa governorate is a Turkish-Qatari scheme implemented by Bin Adiou through which Turkey seeks to gain a foothold in Yemeni lands to establish military bases for it.

In his tweet, Al-Aslami warned of these malicious moves by Ben Adi and the Brotherhood towards the outlets, stressing that the continued identification and turning a blind eye to the Brotherhood’s movements will surprise everyone after a Turkish military base in Shabwa.

Al-Aslami said that Ibn Adio was playing a dirty game in coordination with major leaderships in Riyadh, including Ali Mohsen al-Ahmar.

Military action .. and the use of tribes

The 1st Marine Corps Brigade has been in charge of securing Balhaf for more than 10 years, but the Brotherhood militias are mobilizing towards the Al Alam camp and the port of Balhaf, and they have pushed additional forces and set up checkpoints recently established, bypassing the mission of the First Brigade, which categorically rejects the continued mobilization of Brotherhood forces led by Abd Rabbo To slap.

Last week, clashes erupted between soldiers belonging to Al-Akbab and members of the 1st Marine Brigade, Marine Corps forces, as a result of which one was killed and wounded, after forces attempted to gain control of one of the points of the 1st Brigade.

Observers believe that the Brotherhood's militia may not undertake military action, as it is trying to take over the port under media, political and popular pressure, and it has begun to support the Mahadir tribes who announced an open sit-in in which they demanded the removal of the coalition forces from the port of Balhaf.

The Brotherhood uses an incident of fighting between the "Mahadir" tribe and the Shabwani elite, which ended then with the formation of a committee after deaths on both sides, and they announced that the "lecturers" would hold a sit-in under the pretext of revenge, then the Brotherhood would add "until the delivery of" Balhaf "

But Shabwani politician Saleh Ali Al-Duwail Paras had another opinion in his interview with (NewsYemen) about the possibility of military action to bring down the port.

Baras said that the possibility of taking the military action in light of the continuous mobilization is possible and with force, indicating that the Brotherhood militias have adventurous leaders and the fall of the governorate in their own hands lured them a lot, despite his vision that the fall of the province was not due to their strength, but rather a surrender by parties in the coalition.

Baras continued: The possibility of storming Balhaf will not be taken by their leadership as well, unless it finds a green light like the one that brought down Shabwa, he said.

Paras stated that the Brotherhood considers legitimacy as just a tool for them to enable them on the ground, and they have been able to betray all the joints of legitimacy.

He said that the Brotherhood considers Shabwah, Marib, and Wadi Hadramout as their own emirate and has oil and gas capabilities, and they are left only to guarantee an export port, and the alliance was a stumbling block in front of them, and these are their moves towards the ports the best evidence, indicating that they are also trying to drop the entire coast of Hadramout to ensure control of the Arabian Sea.

Bin Adio's (Muhammad Saleh bin Adiu) illegal claims

On the Hadramawt and Al-Jazeera channels, Shabwa governorate, Muhammad Saleh bin Adiu, called the coalition to leave the port of Balhaf and hand it over to his group.

Regarding this claim, Yemeni lawyer Muhammad Ali Allaw says that Ben Adi is not legally entitled to these demands in light of the country’s existence under Chapter Seven and UN resolutions.

Allaw said in a tweet to him: The governor of Shabwa seems to have forgotten that his state is under Chapter Seven and the UN trusteeship, and that the coalition forces came at the request of President Hadi, and therefore the governor does not have the competence to request the removal of any forces, and this is from a legal point of view, indicating that Ibn Adiu bears any blood Shed in Shabwa because he is a rebel against the decisions of international legitimacy.

Attorney Allaw continued: Bin Adiu's goal in this call is bloodshed, confusion of cards, and obstruction of government formation and the implementation of the Riyadh Agreement, calling on the Quartet to consider it an obstruction to legitimacy, as well as those who support him from the Muslim Brotherhood organization in Turkey.

Allaw said that these moves are managed by the Muslim Brotherhood in Turkey to share oil with Iran, under Qatari supervision and funding for both parties.

Southern activists respond to Ibn Adiu

And after the Brotherhood’s calls to drop the ports by Bin Adiou, southern activists launched a hashtag to expose the Houthi Brotherhood’s coordination to plunder the wealth of Shabwa Governorate.

And southern activists announced the launch of the hashtag # Governor_Shabwah_Amil_Houthi.

A member of the General Assembly of the Transitional Council, Waddah bin Attia, said that the Brotherhood seeks to control the important port, with Turkish and Iranian support, to share wealth and smuggle weapons.

Ibn Atiyah wrote a tweet in which he said: Governor Bin Adiou seeks to control the fortunes of Shabwa and the Balhaf facility for smuggling Turkish weapons under the cover of oil export.

Ibn Atiyah warned of a conspiracy that the governor considers, aiming at the Brotherhood’s control of the port, with the support of the Houthi group.
