To stop the spread of human misery.
The fact that we can make capital gain from our investment is a bonus.
I hate to see discarded junkies syringes in my local area.
If the local harm reduction authorities don't act, and don't buy safe syringes, they are negligent IMO.
Would you like your child to come home with multiple needlesticks after playing with a used syringe?
