Perhaps the tanks/ howisters need to be sent to Los Angeles to support the National Guard putting down the rioters and continuing the mass deportations.
There is no right to human traffic, people smuggle, deal in drugs, be an illegal immigrant or riot and create civil unrest under the First Amendment.
