    The US government does not need to stockpile Lani as long as Lani production capacity is in the country. Japan does not need to stockpile Inavir because in the event of flu emergency, the government just ask DS to produce the quantity that is needed within a short period. DS has to supply the local market first.

    So, it is a trap for Biota to build production capacity in the US and move the headquarter to the US.

    Just my thoughts.
