Actually Chris Joye uses his own blog for the same information and is used and quoted by the RBA (unlike Kris Sayce - a property nobody), and the big difference is Chris Joye posts on HOUSING for property readers, not stocks.

as opposed to a real SPUIKER, KRIS SAYCE, who posts on property to drive readers to stocks. Hmmm, slight difference isn't it.

Chris Joye has ripped Sayce to pieces on numerous occasions - the comparison to a Cambridge PHD is insulting really. Sayce is a 20lb weakling.



I would recommend readers take CBTMs comments as the grain of uninformed salt it really deserves, as he can't seem to differentiate what a spuiker really does.
