It deflated big time last night on the Gold Coast, from an already low starting point, I thought the pain might be over for a while but last nights big annual auction night was an unmitigated disaster.
Must admit a bit more than a smirk watching the damage control in the local media, clearance rates down 30% on last years, and last year was supposed to be painful!!!!
Its over, last night proved it in $$$$ terms you cant dispute. I will have to revise my re-entry prices down.
