house for sale in perth 1999 80000 I would like to know what suburb seems like a bargin I got my place in perth 1990 for 75000 you can still get houses in perth for 400000 might need a bit of work on them I think people borrow to much money to buy a house don't take on to much debt ive been made redundant three times lucky I have no mortgage now
