Maybe I'm misinterpreting, but in the announcement 'FY21 half year results and presentation' on the 22nd of Feb (before consolidation) in the very first paragraph it said: "...the commencement of dividend distributions to its shareholders at an initial rate of 1 cent per share (8c post consolidation) per annum for FY21" along with the special dividend of 0.5c (4c post consolidation)" (my post consolidation amounts are in brackets).
So my interpretation is that we've already received the post consolidation 4c dividend + 4c special dividend earlier in the year, leaving us with the remaining 4c dividend for FY21 H2.
