Great analysis and very thoughtfully written. I also agree with your reasoning and that is why I am also bullish on this stock. Once a new CEO and CFO are announced this will be a huge upside. Most of the bad news is already out there and that is why the share price is where it is. There may be more news from the investigation but I think this share price is itching for an excuse to go higher. you can see that when there is upward action on the share price this is often backed up with higher volume.
