    The way i look at is this:

    12.44B/180m = 69X

    69X/3.25 factor = 21.2

    21.2 Rating factored to a discount of 20% = 4.24 X

    Current fair value of LNG post FID should be 4.24*.575 (current share price) = $2.44
    LNG Price at posting: 58.0¢ Sentiment: LT Buy Disclosure: Held
