Kangaroo paws mate, i went to Kings park there in Perth all very sandy and such a nice garden.
I like your choice to take out a morgage so can leave in shares instead. I think WA1 will go up so much more over time than the money savings made on having no bank interest. Good call!
Im like AceRimmer i have about $30 pegged as my personal target point where im in position to be where i want to build (and AceRimmer to retire)
Not that i think $30 is WA1s ceiling but that price brings my portfolio to where i want.
