BOL Can you tell me anything major that came out of past CoP meetings. You are starting to behave like you know nothing about the history of this UN committee and expect miracles. Your carbon tax is dead which just 2 weeks ago you said would send LYC SP up. there will be a watered down statement that CO2 is bad and maybe some recommendations but No real change for a few years.
REE prices are down to day as they have been for a year. that tells me more than any of your posts.
