What about his other surrounding land grabs that have NOT been mentioned or offered to 88e?
Stop falling in love with PB and DW, it is getting sick.
PB found a bit of oil once and DW has done nothing of note, except come up with 0% oil last time he tried with the same company, and that is fact.
