Just one more comment.
Those MULTI BILLION numbers being thrown around are simply UNRISKED Oil In Place numbers with NO ACCOUNTING for any risk assumptions.
These are TOTALLY UNREALISTIC when talking PAYABLE EXTRACTABLE RESOURCE as they can only extract around 10 to 20% (if REALLY LUCKY) from unconventional plays.
Will the IRR assume more given the Permeability Super Higher way statement ?
Who knows, it may contribute to a push of the risked mean above 50%.
But again this is all GUESS work.
