the burundi deal

The majority of the recent posts have and are still clearly being made with the intention to generate a climate of fear & uncertainty in the minds of share holders as to weather AGY still has the rights to the Burundi tenements and has actually done a deal.

After reading all the comments and assumptions regarding AGY since the retracement from $1.34 and re reading all the announcements made by the company there are 4 points that seem to have been forgotten or ignored by everyone.

1. The existing Mining Convention that AGY has in relation to the Burundi tenements is still in full force and effect. This is clearly stated in all the relevant announcements made by the company.
2. There is ample time left under the convention for the company to carry out the requirements needed to bring this project to conclusion despite the force Majeurs that were placed on it at various times.
3. The Program, Timetable and Budget are all being discussed with the Burundi government.
4. The company IS in discussons with MAJOR mining companies around the world.

Why else would they open an office in Burundi if they were not going to do a deal in the next few weeks?
Does anyone seriously believe that a deal of this magnitude is going to happen in five minutes?

Let there be no doubt in anyone’s mind.

Argosy DOES still have the rights to it.
The deal HAS been done and will be announced in due course.
