    I've just realised my calculations were incorrect.

    Feb 1999 to end of 2001 = 34 months, not 22.

    End result however is the same.

    You've got to wonder what AGY took a full 2 years after May 2005 to get this moving, if they had moved faster they wouldn't be at the mercy of a potentially fickle Minister.

    Best of luck with it anyway. I'm watching with interest.
