This discussion about the Burundi Convention is getting so convoluted that my head hurts. IF u are so concerened about all of these minutae within a whole host of documents then maybe u are ready to invest in Government bonds.

The market has a way of telling people what is UP. AGY is UP from around 7 cents. Somthin is ON. Smells like a deal is probably in the works. IF there was NO deal we would have been told DEAL or NO DEAL just like the bald headed guy on the US version of this show (the Aussie version of the show was just plain silly and putrid). It is that simple.
