Agree. I have fought fires for 30 yrs in RFS.Also live in 40 acre flammable blackbutt forest.I do a rotational slow creep winter burn for hazard reduction and accept responsibility for my own fire protection.My house has sprinklers and we have a comprehensive fire plan.
Most landowners don't understand how much the fire danger dynamic has changed with climate change.They are living in dangerous la la land.
