I think we just have to wait and see the 1H2017 financial report. If the report is good and we need to invest further to drive the UK + AUST business then it is good to CR to fund the business operation but if the report OK and there are sign that debt going corner us in the near term and the board need to CR to buy them self a get out of jail card then I will have think hard on holding this stock.
Simple social rule, never get into married without an option to divorce and having CR to pay off debt is like asking you to be married to the eternity.
