Inv..Idiot, that has given me a headache. I am going to have to read this a few times to grasp. However, from what I have read, I now need my head read for putting so much trust into so called blue chip stocks. This is scarey. The whole model is is extremely complex. It makes me wonder whether these companies are on an out of control train- no brakes!, the banks etc cant afford for these to go belly up so they help re-arrange finance etc(eg. International investment and specialised fund and asset management group Babcock & Brown (ASX: BNB), today (27 March) announces that 25 banks, including all four of the Australian majors, have formally committed to participate in an expansion of the evergreen corporate debt facility to $2.8 billion and approved the rollover of the facility to 2011.), in the meantime they are trying to scramble to work out how to untangle this mess. I admit, I am no expert in all this, but the more I read the more I think this company belongs in the speccies.
