r u guys sure the tenants have had low uptake by selection? or mainly cos most of the installed sites so far have just been built? hence being more about lead times for tenants to purchase/occupy the premises?

do we know what phase of the building cycle our gear is installed? and the average gap times from our installations to when premises are fully occupied?

i have not seen one comment on the asx with any reference to low tenancy selection or low uptake of our services. on one occasion several mths ago i did however see an opposite footnote, from my hazy memory, one building had reported a near 100% takeup.

i take the words 'gradual increase' on 2 fronts. the trickle of tenants into the new buildings as they sell the apartments or rent out each lot (occupancy factor), in conjunction with new site installs coming online?

plz reference any comments in regards to low tenancy uptake by selection with quotation or some factual supports? atm i havent seen anything official in that regard from INT.

half yearly said 9 sites were online. some of those sites however may have only had minimal occupancy at that time? online does not neccessarily mean running at full capacity with full tenancy in force on site?

one would need to know the actual buidings of the 9 mentioned, their purpose categorisation,occupancy rates, and phase of building project that our installs are deemed 'online'?

as example , maybe 2-3 retirement premises from RVA are deemed online atm. one may have 50-60% occupancy, one may have 20-30% occupancy, another may still be vacant?

for my mind,its quite feasbile in many of these situations that our gear is up and running well b4 the building is completed and ready for tenancy? 3-6mth etc. let alone the trickle for occupancy to fill up after that as well.
