I'll tell you what La Jolla does to the share price. After they have their fill what shareholders are left with is their vomit. Any management that does deals with La Jolla is not to be trusted. All those excuses about there being no other alternative is hogwash. Directors get paid handsomely to ensure a company AND ITS SHAREHOLDERS benefit. They don't get paid the big bikkies to put their hands up and say "we had no alternative". Just shows they are incompetent. And with deals with La Jolla -- plain greedy.
