I agree with your thoughts. Shell could end with DTE's share of LNG as part of the restructure by Dart Energy. I found it interesting that the expectation was to have the deal completed within 6 months according to the LNG press release on 8th Nov. - June 2012.
This could be another catalyst for other iterested parties sitting on the sidelines to try and secure a slice of MEL at these SP levels.
