Hi joewolf,
Wanting to know your thoughts. If Anchorage had such a hard time making this company profitable in the majority of this decade where from 2010-2017 was booming for residential markets, what do you consider has changed to make this company a good investment/ profitable? Is it a market changing demand thing or has the company internally done something that made you think they are on the right path e.g. moving out of residential and into civil?
I'm still finding myself very hesitant to put money into this one..
