There's now alignment with shareholders. Based o. yesterday's EGM:

Exec. Chair Rumi Guzder will put in $100k at $0.003 within the next month. He currently doesn't own any shares or options, so is now financially aligned to WOO.

Directors Wes Culley and Josh Quinn will also put in $50k each at $0.03, taking new Director Wes Culley's interest to $100k.

Note that these are placements that requires cash, not grants by the company. Also worth noting again that Rumi Guzder deferred all salary and compensation for his 9 months of tenure during FY20.

Follow the money... The company's name has also just been changed to WooBoard Technologies from Reffind - it's just the beginning.
