They have got the sellers right where they want them.....frighten and scared.They have most probably been trying to get the price down because [like you and I] they know what the company is really worth and like most people they love a bargain.....which they are picking up now.Didn't management say we would have $30milllllllllllllllion in the bank with in 12mths a short while back.Just remember for all those sellers there has been a buyer happily picking up those 'emotionally' made cast offs.
Keep emotion where it belongs,and if you don't like what other people say ignore it.
Why are the numbers of buyers increasing? Are they stupid,or do they see a bargain?
