Ok - I decided it was time to bank some cash and test how real the buyers were as I suspected there may have been bid stacking going on that would wilt if sellers emerged. I sold half a mill at 25 and after a while I whacked another mill at 24.5c thinking the bids that have been lined up for days now every half cent for a million a piece might get cancelled.

No chance - just like it has been behaving on AIM any time it dips just slightly below 15 or 16p the buyers emerge or in the ASX case there are just standing orders left in the system.

I don't regret selling (I have enough to share) but leaving bids in the system for $240-250k a piece implies a serious long term intention to accumulate in my book.
