I'm not saying they will, but there is plenty of speculation in the market they might after the recent Woodside bid for OSH. I don't know how much they would get for the assets you refer to, but it sounds a bit rich to me. The issue is they will still be losing money, so I don't see confidence restored until they start making money.
In regards debt reduction I think they need to halve it at least, so I think they need to raise $4-5Bln
