    Sort of. A comprehensive review of GGP projects (except Padre Island) and that he bought more during the SPP.

    I would say the buying today can mostly be attributed to the Speculator. Remember, most of these people who jumped in are hardly the patient type, so in a few days, in the absence of information, the buying will stop IMO.
