Really? I thought the oppies were worth:
1.5 cents (time value) + (head price - 3 cents).
So with a head of 3.6 cents, the opps should be around 2.1 cents, and if you believe that the heads are going to 4 cents plus soon, then you might be willing to pay up to 2.4-2.5 cents for the options.
