I still think the major thing holding down is an expectation of a capital raise. Remember they went out with one and were set back when bs reduced investment immediately after, then they pulled it as sp fell. Now either they needed the money or they didn't I suspect they still do and have been waiting for a sp recovery, I suspect investors are waiting to. Why would I add to my holding now if I can partipate in a rights issue to come. Big game of chicken.
