Three simple options in play here:
1) Still overhang from the CR being sold down
2) People are short term trading/taking profits, as the stock has had a fairly significant run (looking in isolation of fundamentals)
3) Somebody is trying to cap the shareprice for corporate activity
With the scale of the blocks sold today/up for sale I'm flip-flopping between #1 and #3.
