From the Metallurgical Test report,

"... the native copper orebody in the area drilled for the metallurgical test work has been determined from the recent resource upgrade assessment and represents 24% of the total orebody in this area of Las Minerale being discussed."

Look at the mineralised zone of Las Minerale Central in the pic below (yellow section).
What they appear to be saying is that a quarter of this central bonanza zone orebody is native copper orebody.
