So if it had gone down 0.1% they would also have been right by your definition.
They have a target price of $0.5 - it has not been it (yet), so they are not right according to my definition.
I remember similar discussions with anti-lynas people about Lynas being "safe or not" and there being no such thing as "100% safe" - ;)
