I reckon this one is going to pop, within a few days of the AGM. As soon as they confirm income is double the 6 months profit, people will start doubling EPS and Annual Dividend expectation.
Look at how high the performance options have been set for Courtney Peterson:

Clearly the big holders know this is a $2.50 -$3.00 stock and ignore the price fluctuations set by the minor holders.
Shorts are almost non existent.
