    Someone buys 200K then someone else sells 400K. Today 2 sales of 2800 shares worth $42 takes us to 0.014c. That appears to be manipulation to me as it's not a seller needing to free up funds to buy elsewhere. FFS $42!! Why would you bother unless to hold a stock down.
    The SP certainly needs NEWS and the only news wanted by MR Market is funding for ATC. WE await, but I'm hoping CBs view that the ducks are furiously paddling those feet below the calm surface is correct.
