There, you will get details on some of the points (particularly the USEC breakdown which had more to do with USEC's own financial, commercial and strategic problems - never since fixed - than what it did regarding SLX).
As for a possible NASDAQ listing, consider for yourself the arguments for and against, including that the technology (both U and T is primarily USA bound).
If not a listing for SLX, then arguably a spin-off listing for T.
Otherwise, visit another place where there is plenty of SLX related discussion going on.
