That's how I see it.
Originally the deal was 53mil shares @.75=$40million+2mil cash, leaving harvest one with 20mil @.75=$15million.Which totals the shares they had when the deal was done.
So either they are required to now issue us 60million shares or they have just done MMJ and it's shareholders out of 8%ownership.
That kind of makes the last offer of 69% look a hell of a lot better.
