Agree wholeheartedly Serge, notwithstanding a far greater dilution for current MMJ holders, but it just would've pissed us off more, hence more selling pressure. I'm not entirely sure that management could've achieved anywhere near that figure in Australia and furthermore, without the reverse takeover, MMJ's foray into a burgeoning global market would've taken years, with Lucky Lake well and truly put on the backburner or perhaps sold off to fund Duncan's expansion. A ~70% stake in Harvest One (and that means voting power) with the prospect of further capital via Harvest One shares (not counting them though - date has come and gone for confirmation or ratification) substantiates my investment choice in MMJ rather than their Australian competitors. This week should be telling.
