    I am in no way doubting your voodoo candle, but as I dont understand charting very well, I have a non voodoo explanation.

    The buyers from yesterday were not sellers today, and they are smaert buyers. Any T+3 traders from the run upto $2.90+ had to sell today, so they took a day off.

    They will be buying again soon.
