I am intrugued that there was no alt offer for ORG.
i am also intrigued how CB gained effective control of AGL for under 20% and with no formal takeover. Master M&A stroke for CB but dilutive for retail holders.
So what is next? Some super funds buying back in to balance the ESG funds but will another Brookfield appear with an offer or is the green shielding too strong for a long term investment risk like AGL.
I think the retail marketshare and systems are strong and thats why im invested but i would like some more transition updates and some new innovation updates to keep me invested.
