Not sure about where your going on this but using facts:
2021-22 had the lowest retail electricity and gas prices for at least a decade.
Interest rates was also the lowest in at least half a century.
So we are now coming off all time lows, so if your telling me people are having to choose between shelter/food and keeping warm then it's going to be a very cold winter indeed as right neither AGL, ENergyAustralia or Origin make any returns in their retail electricity business - ie they are all loss making.
