Morgan Stanley still being conservative in my view - perhaps pushed by the market. Ord Minnett have fair value at $12.80 (although that's NOT a price target in itself). Classified at "Accumulate" rather than "Buy".
Their terminology: "Wholesale electricity prices have recovered and should drive significantly higher earnings from fiscal 2024".
Hopefully nothing in the forthcoming Budget messes with us.
